Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or canvassing, with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively

- Familiarity with roofing products and services is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in various outdoor conditions
Responsibilities as a Canvas Manager at Ascension Roofing:
- Lead and manage canvassing teams to generate leads and create awareness of our roofing services
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement
- Train and mentor team members on effective canvassing techniques and communication skills
- Monitor team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure goals are met
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and client relationships
- Represent Ascension Roofing at community events and initiatives, promoting our mission and services
