Role Description :

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to Ascension Roofing’s services and helping to set up appointments for our sales team.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and highly organized, with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport over the phone.

Required Qualifications :

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay positive and resilient, even when facing rejection
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to integrity and Ascension Roofing’s core values
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred)

Responsibilities as a Telemarketing Representative at Ascension Roofing :

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Ascension Roofing’s services
• Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to identify needs and create interest in our services
• Set appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and scheduled appointments in our CRM
• Follow up with potential clients and provide additional information as needed
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies
• Stay informed on Ascension Roofing’s offerings and industry updates to provide accurate information
