Description
Processes customers' orders for products and services. Responds to customer inquiries regarding order discrepancies and all other inquiries relating to sales orders. Prepares order processing correspondence as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives customer orders and inquiries for products by email, fax, and phone. Provides prices and availability. Enters orders and confirms and informs customers about any discrepancies. Processes all paperwork for order fulfillment and proper shipping methods.
- Files completed orders and correspondence on a daily and monthly basis.
- Answers telephone calls, taking and relaying messages. Also acts as a receptionist greeting visitors and introducing them to Strem personnel.
- Fulfills customers' requests for current catalogs and literature.
- Fulfills customers' requests for SDS sheets and C of A’s and faxes or emails them accordingly.
- Performs other related clerical duties of a similar nature and complexity as requested.
