This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Supervisor located in Troy, MI. The Design Supervisor will oversee and manage design projects, ensuring that design processes are efficient, meet industry standards, and align with client requirements. Daily tasks include supervising design teams, coordinating with other departments, reviewing design plans, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The supervisor will also provide mentorship and support to design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Proficient in Design Management and Supervisory skills
