Purpose of the Position: The Greeter/Receptionist will have variety of different responsibilities. Will need to be flexible with working days, evenings (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays until 7:00PM) and on Saturdays (8:00AM to 5:00PM).
Qualifications:
- Must meet the company's requirements for employment.
- Is able to communicate effectively – orally and in writing.
- Prepare receipts for customer payments that are received in the mail (provided by accounting department).
- Be able to process invoices, payments, making correct change.
- Balance cash drawer daily using cashier balancing reports.
- All items for daily transactions are to be put in bank bag and dropped in safe daily.
- Demonstrate the ability to deal courteously and effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Education and/or Experience
Less than high school education; or up to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
