Description
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented NDT Coordinator to join our team at a 145 Repair Station. The NDT Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all non-destructive testing (NDT) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge of NDT methods, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Scheduling and Planning :
Coordinate the scheduling of NDT inspections, ensuring alignment with production schedules, customer requirements, and regulatory deadlines.
Work closely with production supervisors, project managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan NDT activities.
Coordinate the allocation of resources for NDT inspections, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Monitor resource availability and utilization to ensure optimal efficiency and timely completion of inspections.
Maintain accurate records of NDT activities, including inspection reports, certification records, and compliance documentation.
Ensure all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure NDT inspections are conducted in accordance with established procedures and standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding NDT activities.
Proven experience in NDT coordination, scheduling, or project management within a 145 Repair Station or aviation maintenance environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field
