Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organization skills, problem-solving skills
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
- An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture
- Commitment to show up everyday, which includes reliable transportation
- Knowledge of special education practices and behavioral therapy techniques is highly desirable.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering trauma-informed ABA-based interventions and services in-clinic as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in center-based setting
- Maintain meticulous treatment records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using individualized treatment plans and company software
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols
- Interact with clients, families, and teammates in an ethical, compassionate, and understanding manner
- Open to and excited for learning and collaborating with others
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and solution focused attitude
- Ability to work independently while providing direct treatment to patients
- Understand and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans under the supervision of team BCBA
- Helping our kids to reach their full potential and shaping the minds of clients in early childhood (ages 18 months to 9 years old)

- Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, ensuring the safety and comfort of children under your care
- Performing actions for engaging with children, such as squatting down to children's eye level to facilitate positive interactions and build connections
- Maintaining the therapy space: bending over to pick up toys and ensuring the play spaces are tidy, organized, and conducive to a stimulating and enjoyable experience for the children
- Keeping up with the energy and enthusiasm of the kiddos, actively engaging in play, and fostering a joyful atmosphere
- Being a team player and uplifting others around you. Helping teammates throughout the day and supporting clients, families, and teammates
