Reports to : Athletic Director
Work Hours / Days :
Part-Time, Spring Season March- May, Practice / game days,
Hourly Wage Range : $1,000.00 one-time payout in May
Position Summary :
Ascent Classical Academy of Northern Colorado is seeking coaching staff for the 2024 / 2025 school year to support the athletic director in implementing programming in various middle and high school sports.
Coaches work closely with the athletic director, requiring a highly organized, disciplined, and motivated individual to help support the school's athletic programming and goals
- Strong candidates will support the school's Mission : to develop the moral and intellectual skills, habits, and virtues upon which independent, responsible, and joyful lives are built, in the firm belief that such lives are the basis for a free and flourishing republic. This is achieved by working to train the minds and improve the hearts of young people through a classical, content-rich education in the liberal arts and sciences, with instruction in the principles of moral character and civic virtue in an orderly and disciplined environment.
Candidates must attach a letter of introduction, a C.V. or resume, and three character references to their application. All coaching candidates must also attach a "statement of coaching philosophy."
