Project Manager/Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Site Super to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met while adhering to budget constraints. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Apply earned value management techniques to monitor project performance.
• Facilitate business process modeling and lean methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee scope management, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Employ conflict management strategies to resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain effective time management practices to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Super.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction
• Familiarity with business process modeling and lean principles is preferred.
• Excellent skills in scope management, budgeting, and time management.
• Strong conflict management skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
