The Role
Please note that experience in residential real estate, mortgage, or banking experience is required for consideration.
Our Data Analytics Associate will consult with various leaders in our business to track company / competitor performance, solve business problems using data, and influence our investments in data. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior analysts.
The Work
Company Performance and Analysis
- Take the lead in preparing monthly strategy decks to measure performance against plan, monitor portfolio risk, and support various data requests from our capital partners
- Identify new business opportunities through t racking competitor trends, laws, and regulations and keeping management aware of developer lending market trends and insights
- Build and maintain various dashboards to run the business, and support the business with ad-hoc analyses
- Assist in fostering a culture of test & learn within the company

The Pay
Salary range is $80,000-$90,000 per year, with eligibility for 15% bonus
