The Role
Our Data Science Associate will consult with various leaders in our business to track company / competitor performance, solve business problems using data, and influence our investments in data. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior analysts.
The Work
Data and analysis
- Take the lead in building predictive models including potential borrowers, defaults, and quality / valuations of properties for potential lending activities
- Identify new business opportunities through tracking competitor trends and keeping management aware of developer lending market trends and insights
- Support the team with ongoing research of machine learning and artificial intelligence trends. Develop methods for evaluating and selecting large language models (LLMs) for deployment.
- Analyze social networks for trends and insights working with Graph data
- Assist in fostering a culture of test & learn within the company

The Pay
Salary range is $130,000-$150,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus of 25% per year
