The Role
The Human Resources Generalist / Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role encompasses all facets of HR, contributing to a people-first culture that aligns with business objectives.
The Work
- Assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals and Annual Operating Plan. 16
- Provide administrative and technical support for HR Information Systems (HRIS), including Rippling, to facilitate applicant tracking, onboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits, and other HR functions.
- Ensure the accuracy of HR data and assist in streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Help develop and administer rewards and recognition programs aimed at boosting employee engagement.
- Serve as a resource on HR-related matters such as performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance through supportive HR practices.
- Collaborate on initiatives to develop and implement rewards and recognition programs that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage learning and development vendors and internal development programs.
Your Skills and Experience
The Pay
Salary range is $120k-$140k per year, with a discretionary bonus adding up to 25% per year
