The Role

AscentDS is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT support and infrastructure. In this role, you will manage all aspects of our IT environment—from equipment procurement and provisioning to ensuring seamless support for end users and managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP). As the ideal candidate, you"ll have experience in full cloud environments, with a strong background in Azure Entra ID and Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM).

The Work

• Oversee IT support operations to ensure smooth, day-to-day functioning of our technology environment for all office users.
• Manage the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and secure systems across the organization.
• Direct the procurement, provisioning, and lifecycle management of all IT hardware and software.
• Work closely with HR to coordinate the IT aspects of employee onboarding, ensuring new hires receive the necessary equipment and support from day one.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of technology assets that meet organizational requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison to our MSP, overseeing service delivery, performance, and contract adherence.
• Collaborate with the MSP to resolve technical issues, plan system upgrades, and implement improvements.
• Oversee and optimize our cloud-based systems, with a strong emphasis on Entra ID for identity and access management.
• Ensure robust security and compliance across all cloud platforms.
• Manage MDM configuration and policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Continuously monitor IT systems for performance and reliability.
• Proactively identify and address issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in IT operations management, preferably in real estate finance or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience in equipment procurement and lifecycle management.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing cloud environments, specifically with Entra ID.
• Expertise with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Microsoft Intune.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

The Pay

Salary range is $120,000-$135,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus of 20% per year

The Work Environment

• This role works on-site from Ascent"s Encino office, Monday - Thursday (Fridays are work-from-home).
• Full-time, 40 hours per week; must be available for occasional overtime.
• Some nights and weekends required.
