What You'll Do
The LTL Pricing Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the transition of Legacy Clients from Legacy Systems into Ascent New TMS and to assist in the onboarding of new clients into Ascent systems. This individual will work closely with coworkers in Pricing, Sales, Client Services and Operations to meet pre-established goals.
- Draft and track client proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in onboarding clients into organizational TMS platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and IT vendors to support the implementation and maintenance of carriers and customers in Ascent's TMS.
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure required client setups for EDI / API implementation are completed timely and accurately.
- Cross-train with other department members to ensure team flexibility and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the loading, verification, and maintenance of carrier and customer pricing within Ascent's TMS.
- Work with the Manager of LTL Contract Management TMS to identify and implement enhancement and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare complex custom reports using proprietary tools, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office products as requested.
- Operate independently, using sound judgment to achieve objectives while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of all duties and responsibilities.
- Build strong partnerships and relationships with organizational leaders and their teams.
- Support corporate initiatives and reporting projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
