- Provide support as part of the Key Account Management Team on high revenue or strategic accounts.
- Support team members to Identify and resolve root cause and implement tailored solutions.
- Support Key Account Management processes across clients to ensures process consistency.
- Provide tactical operations support during peak conditions and for special projects.
- Travel for temporary on-site support for crisis situations.
- Assist our operations team in their success by documenting and communicating customer requirements.
- Identify areas for continual improvement and work with team members for implementation.
- Passion for solving customer issues and making them successful.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team to solve complex problems.
- 1 years of cross-functional, account management or similar adjacent areas of support, logistics operations, supply chain, or sales.
- Expertise in the transportation and/or logistics industry, as well as international operations including documentation and border crossing requirements.
- Strategic mindset, with the capability to contribute to making difficult decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with our customers vertically and horizontally.
- A bachelor’s degree or 2 years industry experience.
