This position would be 1-2 days per week, 10-16 hours depending on patient volume in the skilled nursing facility each week.

Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Beaverton, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 10 years and we practice in 40 skilled nursing facilities employing 30 Medical Providers. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner. PER DIEM NP/PA working 1-2 Shifts per week with earnings potential up to $1000 per day.

Weekly schedule:

• Day shift
• Choose your own daytime hours
• 1-2 days per week (Mon, Tues., Wed., Thurs. or Friday days)
• No weekends
• No on-call after hours or holidays
