Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Beaverton, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 10 years and we practice in 38 skilled nursing facilities employing 30 Medical Providers. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner.
