We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chemical Pricing Analyst to join our team and drive strategic pricing initiatives that support our growth and operational efficiency.
The Contribution You'll Bring to this Role :
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, exceptional proficiency in Excel, and a strategic mindset to enhance our pricing structure. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and tactical resourcefulness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to align with company goals and market conditions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost data to provide actionable insights.
- Aggregate, analyze, and optimize data to support the Demand Forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain complex Excel models, including pivot tables, Power Pivot, macros, and queries, to support pricing decisions.
- Design and implement pricing structures and frameworks to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Drive the automation and development of dynamic, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI to streamline Sales and Operations performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and executed.
- Monitor and report on pricing performance, identifying opportunities for adjustments and improvements.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations to senior management based on findings.
