Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of multi-year global category plans to reduce total delivered costs, mitigate headwinds, and improve supply security.
- Develop contract strategies and negotiate key commercial and supply positions for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and indirect spend.
- Implement strategic supplier strategies and initiatives, building partnerships with suppliers to manage performance, quality improvement, productivity, and service level.
- Coach and provide feedback on the Total Delivered Cost sourcing process to build capability and mature practices across the Strategic Sourcing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
- 2 years of sourcing strategy development, negotiation, and contract management experience.
- Demonstrated ability in leading sourcing initiatives from strategy to execution and delivering results.
