What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production/Inventory Control Coordinator position at Ascent Industries Corp.?
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide pick tickets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to production for each batch
- Verify material lot numbers, quantities, and locations
- Use FIFO methodology when assigning raw materials
- Maintain batch formulas, setup new raw materials and finished goods products
- Update weekly MPP forms on the MPP KPI board every Monday afternoon : Safety, Quality, and Production forms
- Complete batch receipts in ERP
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of computer software as it relates to all transactions that effect inventory balances
- Work with inventory team to investigate, document, and correct inventory transactions that result in improperly stated inventory balances
- Efficiently communicate with internal customers regarding end-of-campaign inventory completion
- Manage end-of-campaign inventory count and reconciliation activities
- Review batch records for completeness & accuracy. Alert supervisors when errors are found
- Train and assist manufacturing, shipping, receiving and sales on inquiries regarding batch records
- Support Guard in facilitating deliveries and visitors into the site.
- Maintain and facilitate internal and external visitors into the site.
- Manage the service providers such as uniforms, landscaping, and janitors.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and other routine office consumables.
- Provide administrative support to site leadership.
- Observe and respect the confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Support organizational goals and objectives
- Maintain good housekeeping practices
- Monitor daily production and adjust due to errors or inconsistencies
