Our engagements are evenly split between commercial due diligence (CDD) and growth strategy—offering variety, impact, and visibility at the highest levels.
We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our Boston team and be part of a high-calibre group delivering commercial insight and strategic value in every engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver CDD and growth strategy projects across a diverse portfolio of industries
- Structure market assessments, competitive analyses, and strategic recommendations for investment or growth decisions
- Work directly with partners and clients—often private equity firms and their portfolio companies
- Manage project workstreams, mentor junior team members, and produce high-quality client deliverables
- Gain broad exposure to deal processes and value creation efforts, with significant room for advancement
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of strategy consulting experience, ideally focused on: CDD, Growth strategy, M&A or broader commercial strategy
- Prior experience at a top-tier firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and client communication abilities
- Project management experience with an ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Must be based in Boston or willing to relocate
- No visa sponsorship available – must be authorised to work in the U.S.
