What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Full Stack Developer position at Ascent Software Group LLC?
What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve existing code errors and bugs.
- Efficiently write testable and well designed code within a sprint framework.
- Work with external platforms via REST, SOAP API's
- Contribute to every phase of the development life-cycle (back-end and front-end).
- Work with the product team to create solutions that are configurable, flexible and can be re-used
- Communicate with external parties and customers
- Test integrations with external parties and customers
Skills you need:
- Proficiency with Vue.js, PHP/Laravel, MySQL, DynamoDB
- Experience in working with API's, troubleshooting connections, proper logging and beyond
- High level of communication. Ask for what you need and speak up when you're stuck. We love people who can do it themselves, but love more those who aren't afraid to ask questions when they don't know how to approach a project or task.
- We don't expect you to be a master engineer but we do expect you to contribute on day one.
- Professional and mature communication when deadlines and workloads change quickly.
