Description :
Ascentec Engineering, LLC, located in Dallas, Oregon, is seeking Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Interns to join our team and work through the 2025 Summer.
Requirements :
The Engineering Intern(s) will be responsible for a wide variety of projects that range from new workspace facilities improvements, process improvements, machine operation, expediting, inspection optimization. The successful candidate(s) for the position will support overall business objectives of our machining area through continuous improvement in productivity of operations, work with other Maintenance, Engineering and Manufacturing departments in the development of processes to increase production quality, efficiency or volume.
Assembly Process Optimization :
- Utilize engineering principles to analyze and enhance assembly procedures.
- Collaborate with the assembly team to implement improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Work on projects aimed at streamlining assembly processes.
Advanced Machining Operations :
Quality Assurance and Control :
Maintenance Support :

Education & Qualifications :
Applicant must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment.
