A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Brookings, OR.
This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient Clinic. 100% outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
