Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers to define requirements and resolve functionality
• Able to communicate and organize with stakeholders to complete projects with minimal supervision
• Assists training through shadowing
• Programming real-time/multitasking control software in C/C /C#
• Document code and manuals to ease software maintenance
• Supports equipment by providing remote online or on-site support throughout the world
Requirements:
• BSEE with strong mechanical background required
• Proficient with programming in real time control software in C/C , C#
• Self-motivated and understands the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals and can work effectively under pressure
• Able and willing to travel extensively on short notice (30% travel)
• Able to understand electronic and computer hardware functionality and use knowledge to troubleshoot equipment to board level
• Experience in performing closed-loop system tuning and identifying system characteristics and limitations is a plus
• Knowledge of PLC’s, with ability to understand and read ladder logic is a plus
