As a Patient Navigator, you play an important role working closely with various physicians, acting as a liaison for patients to ensure every patient receives exceptional care during and after their visit at Ascentist Healthcare. You will assist patients in navigating medical processes by coordinating appointments, explaining treatment options, addressing barriers to care, and connecting them with necessary support services to ensure they receive timely and appropriate treatment, all while advocating for their needs and promoting positive health outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time
Locations: Kansas City, MO
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k Plan, plus optional benefits
Schedule: 8hr Days/5 Days per Week, No Weekends
Experience: Minimum of three years experience working in a healthcare setting as a Navigator, or substantially similar work experience in a medical setting, performing substantially similar essential functions
