As a Patient Support Supervisor based in Leawood, KS, you will lead a team of Patient Support Specialists dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Your role will involve overseeing appointment scheduling and rescheduling, ensuring accurate data entry into medical systems, and maintaining a positive patient experience in a medical call center environment. You will coach and support your team, handle escalated issues, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a call center or medical office setting, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with patient scheduling systems and medical terminology is a requirement
