Ascentria’s Child and Family Services offers family stabilization, foster care, and intensive case management to vulnerable youth, families, and individuals. Our team of Youth and Family Specialists and Clinicians provide culturally sensitive mental health assessments, individual and family counseling, trauma-informed behavior management, and crisis interventions for those involved in the child welfare system.
Salary Range: $58,656 - $62,100
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain a human-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach, treating clients, families, and collaterals with respect and building on their strengths.
Build trusting and safe relationships with clients, encouraging personal growth.
Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual sessions, group sessions, and family support.
Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments, develop treatment plans, safety plans, and progress notes, and manage referrals/discharges appropriately.
Offer clinical case management across multiple systems and settings, providing services to foster children, families, and adults.
Provide services in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office, and community-based support.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
NH: At least 2 years of clinically supervised experience working with children and families is required.
Valid Driver’s License, proof of automobile insurance, and a clean driving record to transport minors if needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, email, Excel, and the ability to use government and state data tracking software.
