Ascentt is seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to lead the development and management of our data products. This critical role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and roadmap for data assets, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation across Databricks, AWS, and Qlik Replicate platforms
- Manage the complete lifecycle of data products, from conception through implementation, including prioritization of features, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and retrospectives while working closely with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data architecture, ensuring efficient data integration, transformation, and delivery processes while maintaining security and compliance standards
- Lead requirements gathering and prioritization sessions with business stakeholders
- Define success metrics and KPIs for data products and monitor their performance
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical implementation aligns with business requirements
- Manage relationships with the data and analytics organization and ensure optimal utilization of tools
