Detailed Job Description:
- Understanding the requirements and converting them into business processes on Appian platform.
- Good hands-on exposure on Integrations, Web APIs and knowledge on external systems.
- Good to have knowledge on other technologies e.g. APIGEE, SAML authentication, ODS, AWS etc.
- Good understanding on Appian groups, Process design, Security, Decision tables, Records, Reports, CDT, SAIL Components, Unit Testing etc.
- Good Understanding on Appian Security and Access Control Mechanism
- Possesses good knowledge on Appian and Database best practices, Stored procedure and views.
- Work with global teams, including business users, architects, technical personnel, to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical groups, both internal and external parties.
- Should be able to work as independent contributor or a team member without any dependencies
- Good knowledge on all scrum ceremonies
- Good exposure on Deployment, Production support activities when project Go-LIVE
- Good Understanding on optimizing existing Appian Applications for performance and scalability
- Good knowledge on troubleshooting and resolving critical application issues Qualifications
- Proficient with all the Appian components especially Process Model, Records, Expression Rules, SAIL Components, Web-API, Integrations and different Smart Services? Experience in the financial domain is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of software Development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Appian BPM tool.
- Familiarity with SQL, DML/DDL, Stored procedures, Views, Triggers, Index etc.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
