Configure and customize software to meet business requirements. Train end-users and provide on-going support. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to optimize workflows. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Google Agent Space Specialist to design, configure, and optimize customer support experiences using Agent Assist, Dialog flow, and Agent Workspace Hands-on experience working with Google's AI-driven customer service solutions and can work closely with engineering, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver intelligent support workflows
