Detailed Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on AWS cloud services.
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Fargate, etc.
- Proficiency in the languages: Python.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, etc.
- Hands-on experience with implementing and managing distributed tracing and metrics collection for enhanced observability.
- Strong understanding of AWS networking concepts, including VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups, and NACLs.
- Experience configuring and managing AWS networking services such as VPC Peering, VPN, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
