Detailed Job Description:
l 8 years of ERP technical implementation (D365 FO, AX 2012, preferably D365 FO) and integrations experience as Techno-functional Lead or Architect
l 3 or more full lifecycle implementations (start to finish) with Microsoft D365 FO
l Experience of X programming, application extensibility, security & performance, deployments,integrations with external systems, knowledge of the AOT, objects and structures, Data Management Framework (aka DIXF), Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure logic apps integration
l Manage the development and launch of new features and functionalities through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through implementation and release.
l Reporting using SSRS, Power BI, dashboards, Entity Relationships. Nice to have: Power platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Common data service
l Experience of Data Migration from DAX 2009/DAX2012 to D365 F&O
l Experience of Phased Cutover implementations along with cutover planning
SIT/UAT Bug-fixes, business handholding on technical aspects
l Experience of communicating with Technical and Functional teams to build technical designs and translate requirements into a successful development process
l Experience of participating in discovery meetings with the client to understand current business processes that need to be incorporated into AX/D365F&O
l Experience of configuring the application as appropriate to conform to business process definition
l Experience of training users in a hands-on methodology and develop training documentation
l Experience of two or more Microsoft Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Supply Chain, Production,
l Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Finance, Trade & Logistics, etc.
l Willingness to travel or relocate to work from client office as per business need
l Providing technical oversight across multiple projects
l Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver quality software
l Strong client interaction skills
l Working independently and in teams
l Experience of working in SLA based support
l Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display,
l Flexible with work hours Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution
Must skills:
l Strong proficiency in D365 Commerce modules
l Experience of D365 Commerce AX 20212 Retail implementations and support
l Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
