Detailed Job Description:
- Utilize Matillion ETL to develop robust and efficient data pipelines that facilitate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources into target systems, Lead the implementation of agent space solutions for customer service platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by implementing best practices for data governance and management throughout the ETL
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, including workflows, transformations, and data mappings
- 5 years or more of experience in ETL development, particularly with Matillion.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Google CloudPlatform Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation
- Ability to effectively work with stakeholders and business users to ensure technical solution meets business requirements
