Job Description
The Assistant Vice President, Data Transformation & Integration Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the optimization of our data transformation efforts, ensuring seamless data integration while supporting enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Information Management, US, this role will be responsible for oversight in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines while ensuring compliance with data governance policies. The ideal candidate will drive strategic data transformation efforts, enhance data quality, drive data governance adherence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve enterprise data management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of data transformation solutions, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
- Oversee and manage integration and transformation initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure data movement across systems.
- Implement and maintain robust data governance frameworks, enforcing policies for data quality, security, and compliance.
- Establish and manage data transformation and integration workflows that support enterprise-wide data governance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and IT teams to align data transformations with organizational objectives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in all data integration processes.
- Stay updated on emerging data integration tools and governance technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of data engineers and integration specialists.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
The salary for this position in New York Metro is $165,000 - $185,000
