Logistics - Warehouse Management - (Supply Chain Operations Coordinator 2) - Redondo Beach CA - 13984

DoD/ Military/ Aerospace SCM experience a plus.

• Provides administrative, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Sourcing, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.
• Performing data entry activities.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring raw materials and packaging meet production needs while maintaining safety stock and accurate records.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to facilitate cost-effective and timely transportation and delivery of materials.
• Assist with monthly inventory auditing.
• Perform initial tagging/counts of materials needing contract transferred.
• Perform receiving duties such as: auditing, preparing, and verifying paperwork as necessary.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-up.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience OR a bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Drivers license required for inventory movement
• Excellent attendance record with ability to work flexible hours and able to meet overtime requirements.
• Inventory and/or Receiving operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
