Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!
We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Tech at our portfolio of over 360-units in Little Havana, Florida.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
· Ensure service requests are responded to and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
· Diagnose and repair HVAC and plumbing issues.
· Must possess strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and appliance repair.
- May be required to be on-call for emergencies
· Communicate and interact with staff and tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times
· Such other tasks or assignments as may be required by management
Job requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required
· High school diploma/GED required
· Highly experienced in plumbing, HVAC and / or electrical systems
- Must have valid driver’s license, as well as own truck and tools
- Plumbing Experience required
- Construction Knowledge required
- HEAVY LIFTING: Ability to lift 100 pounds at a time
- Ability to follows instructions, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
· Comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times by maintaining a clean and safe working environment
· Available for 24/7 emergency on-call service, on a rotating basis with the other technicians at the property
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
