Job Description:
Key technical leader responsible for creating, orchestrating and maintaining the organization's enterprise-wide data management ecosystem. Designs and implements comprehensive MDM solutions while establishing robust data governance frameworks that ensure data quality and consistency across the organization. Develops and maintains complex data models, schemas, and mappings across multiple systems, as well as creates efficient ETL processes for seamless data integration. Takes charge of implementing and enforcing data governance policies, establishing data stewardship practices, and maintaining detailed data dictionaries and metadata repositories. Configures MDM platforms, develops APIs for data access, and implements sophisticated matching and deduplication solutions. Evaluates current data management practices, identifies and resolves data quality issues, and optimizes data flows for maximum efficiency.
Non-Technical Skills:
Collaborates with various stakeholders, working closely with business teams to understand data requirements and partnering with IT teams for system integration. Serves as a technical mentor, providing guidance on MDM best practices and leading data-related initiatives across the organization. Demonstrates strong communication skills for effective team collaboration. Applies critical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
Technical Skills
- 5 years of experience in data management or related field
- Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional expertise in SQL and database management systems experience as a database administrator a plus.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes
- Proficiency in data modeling and architecture
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and standards
Tools & Technologies

- Understanding of API development and integration. Experience with Python and RabbitMQ or other messaging architectures a plus.
