Rapiscan Systems, an OSI Systems Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to be based in our Billerica, MA location.

In this high profile role, you will be a key member of the Finance team responsible for all aspects of the Security Cargo & Solutions Division budgeting, forecasting, operational reporting, operating metrics with a heavy emphasis on financial analysis. You will interact directly with the Sales, Product Management, Service, Operations and Engineering department leaders while also serving as a key resource to the Executive Team and to the Corporate FP&A team.
Responsibilities :
Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor financial results and enable strategic decision-making.
Provides high quality and timely analytical support for projects, strategic initiatives, business development proposals, and other investments.
Lead real-time financial performance monitoring.
Drive the preparation of monthly forecasts and the annual budget planning process.
Manage the preparation of, and consolidate the results of subsidiary forecasts
Responsible for the monthly and quarterly planning cycle and annual target setting process with the executive team.
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of non-standard management reports and operational analysis for internal use.
Work with cross-functional teams to define and track Key performance indicators.
Establish departmental budgets, ensure accuracy of collecting costs and drive accountability across functional areas.
Prepare financial analysis and productivity studies.
Provide financial reporting and variance explanations.
Identify opportunities for improvement through financial analysis

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
8 years in FP&A role with budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting experience.
3 years’ experience presenting financial information to senior level management
Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting concepts.
Experience with Microsoft D365 and Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close
Must organize / prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a small team member.
OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS :
Successful completion of OSI training required (including training done at Company location
Experience with complex HFM reporting and consolidation.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
