Base Salary : 175,000 - 225,000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Global Brand Strategy
Oversee ASEA's global brand and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms while elevating our identity worldwide.
Transform ASEA's marketing into a conversion-driven system using sales funnel and e-commerce principles to empower associates in attracting and retaining customers.
Collaborate with IT to revolutionize the associate experience, ensuring seamless and intuitive tools that drive engagement and success.
Oversee product marketing, communications, video and graphic design, social media, and other essential marketing operations.
Partner closely with sales, business development, R&D, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Work with R&D to ensure the product roadmap aligns with market needs and business objectives.
