We are searching for a Contract Support Specialist to join our corporate contracts team in our Lexington Park, MD office. This is a highly administrative position that will offer the opportunity for learning and growth.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the contracts team with contract closeouts.
- Creating Purchase Requisitions.
- Assisting the Director of Contracts with completion of company Representations and Certifications.
- Supporting Contract Administrators in the preparation and distribution of Risk Assessment forms.
- Assisting with organizing and maintaining archived contract files.
- Collaborating with Contract Administrators and Program Managers in the management of meeting notes.
- Act as the point of contact for submission and tracking of OCONUS travel and record data in the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT).

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office setting, required.
- Experience using MS Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, required.
- We don’t need an Excel wizard, but bonus points if you have basic experience in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

- You possess professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You take a proactive approach to your work and you're able to accomplish tasks with limited guidance and supervision.

Salary Range:
- The estimated salary range for this position will be $45,000 - $58,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
