One of our major clients in Las Vegas is looking for Pharmacy Technicians to work as a Member Service Representative with a successful and growing PBM who puts their patients first. This an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with the growing Pharmacy Benefit Industry! The Member Service Representative will have a heavy focus on client and customer service as well as collaborating with other colleagues, pharmacies, and more. This is a call center setting in a brand new facility!
Environment- onsite
Schedule - 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm PST M-F
Pay Ranges- $19 / hr
MUST BE state registered in NV, National Certification preferred
You MUST have experience working in a call center type of environment!
Description : The Member Services Representative will :
- Answer calls and stay abreast of call taking processes and procedures.
- Assist the team by addressing, questions, manage problem resolution related to pharmacy benefit, provider or claim issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external customers in a professional, responsive, and service oriented manner.
- Tracking and reporting for quality activities.
- Assist in operational processes and assists in problem solving strategies
- Performs job related functions using independent judgment, excellent reasoning ability, and excellent communication skills.
- Share knowledge and assist other team members on workflows and job requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Flexible, uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas / skills
- Other duties or special projects may be assigned as necessary
