Position Overview : Join our team as a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist in Dublin, OH, where you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pharmacy services for patients requiring both chronic and acute infusion therapies.
Work Schedule :
Full-time position (40 hours / week)
Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
On-call rotation required every 3-5 weeks
Pay : 125k annually
Essential Responsibilities : Our Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care through :
Providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and ongoing clinical monitoring for infusion therapies
Managing pharmacy operations in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and organizational policies
Supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff while maintaining high practice standards
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, intake, admissions, and sales teams to optimize patient outcomes
Contributing to Quality Assurance programs and Performance Improvement initiatives
Managing inventory, procurement, and controlled substance documentation
Ensuring pharmacy dispensing aligns with insurance authorization processes and supporting reimbursement team with insurance audits
Required Qualifications :
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) degree
Current and active state pharmacist license
1-3 years of experience in specialty home infusion or hospital pharmacy settings
Demonstrated expertise in IV room operations and infusion therapy
Proficiency in CPR / Care Tend software preferred
Strong clinical and customer service skills
