Job Description: As a Accounting and Finance manager at Ash Gear, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and perform a variety of tasks using Distribution 1 software. You will play a crucial role in helping the company stay organized and financially sound.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger entries and journal entries
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with external accountant for month and yearly processes
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Work closely with President in day to day operations
Qualifications:
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Basic Computing skills.
