Job Summary
Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Reliability Manager to join our team.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our equipment, processes, and safety systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in equipment reliability and a proven track record of improving plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize equipment reliability within the Maintenance Excellence Process (MEP)
- Develop and implement reliability initiatives to improve plant reliability
- Identify and manage risks that could adversely affect plant reliability and operations
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and technicians
- Prepare reports on equipment reliability and maintenance performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process industry with expertise in maintenance work processes, inventory, failure analysis, reliability theory, continuous improvement methods, and CMMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of reliability practices and procedures
