Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Optimization Lead to join our team at Ash Grove Cement Company.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving efforts to improve plant reliability and implementing effective maintenance strategies within the Maintenance Excellence Process (MEP) framework.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in process optimization and a proven track record of improving plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve plant reliability
- Identify and manage risks that could adversely affect plant reliability and operations
- Manage life cycle assets and risk management for critical plant equipment
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and technicians
- Prepare reports on optimization progress and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process industry with expertise in maintenance work processes, inventory, failure analysis, reliability theory, continuous improvement methods, and CMMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of reliability practices and procedures
