Content Development Coordinator

(Audio/Video & Photography Production Emphasis)

Objectives of this Role:

• Video production & post-production skills, including camera operation, on-set lighting, audio capturing, non-linear video editing, & motion graphics creation.

• Live-streaming production experience, including familiarity with various streaming platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, etc.), operation of live-stream broadcast software (OBS, V-Mix, Pro Presenter, etc.), audio routing, & live graphics/lower-thirds.

• Preproduction planning/strategizing as needed per project. This may include scripting & storyboarding for videos, as well as A/V setup planning & rehearsals.

• Audio production experience, including on-set audio, voiceover recording, live sound mixing, and post-production editing.

• Ability to manage & troubleshoot live/studio/on-location A/V setups.

• Strong problem solving & communication skills (email/phone calls/meetings). Also includes the ability to coach/direct on-screen subjects and team members for production needs.

• Must be able to manage and prioritize long & short-term projects. Plan a shoot, scripting, direct talent, etc.

• Must be able to collaborate with other ASH team members. Situations could include: brainstorming client projects/initiatives and dividing tasks on multimedia projects, learning new skills and assisting others.

• Must be able to work around team/client guidelines, preferences, requests & positively react to constructive criticism

• Should be able to coordinate meeting/shoot schedules with other team members & clients, meeting project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: 

• (3 years minimum) Professional full-time multimedia production experience at an intermediate level or higher are a must, but continued growth and learning on the job will also occur. ASH currently uses the Adobe Creative Suite software along with an assortment of photo, video, audio, and lighting equipment.

• Candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in a combination of marketing, communications, multimedia production, nonprofit sector, and/or agency roles are helpful.

• Direct and relevant professional experiences &/or college certification/degree with successful internships related to responsibilities required. The proof is in the digital portfolio. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude are beneficial.

• Candidates must have reliable transportation to adequately fulfill this role.

• This position can require lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds) and regularly walking/standing while carrying/holding equipment.

• Within 90 days, this position should be able to determine and define project scope and objectives using ASH’s development systems and collaborating with leadership, predict resources needed to reach those objectives and provide clients with project pricing using ASH’s pricing models.

HOURS & LOCATION

The Content Development Coordinator is a full time (40 Hour/Week) position; generally Monday through Thursday 9AM – 5PM at ASH Interactive office/studio with Fridays serving at remote days. Occasional evening/weekend flexibility is required. Offices are based in Brownsburg, IN and occasional overnight travel is a possibility. 

PAY & BENEFITS

Salary ranges from $21-22/hour based on experience and ability. Bonus commission opportunities are also available.
