We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of facility maintenance and management, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors, timely completion of work orders, and effective communication within the organizational hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Request and manage quotes from third-party vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Set up vendors in the Yardi system and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee vendor compliance, including managing liability and workers' compensation documents.
- Monitor and follow up on work orders in Fiix to ensure timely completion.
- Assign work orders in the Fiix system to appropriate teams or personnel.
- Scan and email invoices to the Yardi system for accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate effective communication within the hierarchy of the Storage department.
- Provide daily operational support to the Director of Facility Maintenance.
