Ash Street Place in Guthrie, OK is seeking a seasoned licensed Administrator to manage the daily operations of an assisted living facility.
We are looking for an experienced leader to support a team whose members promote quality care and the needs and satisfaction of our residents. Applicant must have a proven ability to work with families and residents to achieve the balance of quality of life and business objectives.
Must possess leadership and management skills to our motivated staff as they provide quality and dignified care.
Requirements
- Successful candidates shall be licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners to have the authority and responsibility for the total operation of the facility, subject to the policies adopted by the governing authority.
- At least two years of experience in managing long-term care or assisted living facility or long term care.
