We are looking for a dedicated Medication Administration Technician (MAT) to join our team and assist in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents.
In this role, you will administer physician-ordered medications and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure continuity of care and deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Responsibilities :
- Provide total nursing care to the residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Ensure continuity and consistency in resident care.
- Keep medication room stocked, cleaned, and well organized
- Follow established routines and instructions.
- Maintain a basic understanding of infection control protocols.
- Foster a customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions.
